HotRod Putter to
Attend PGA Demo Day
McHenry,
Illinois (January 10, 2008) – The latest putter creating a buzz in
the world of golf is the HotRod Putter scheduled to debut at the
Sixth Annual Demo Day at the 2008 PGA Merchandise Show on Wednesday,
January 16, 2008 in Orlando, Florida.
Golfers may also get a
look at the new putter during the 55th PGA Merchandise Show, January
17-19, by visiting booth #2295.
The HotRod’s unique
asymmetrical mallet head design is both stylish and innovative but
more importantly offers golfers a perfectly balanced putter while
incorporating a huge sweet spot and high modulus of inertia. These
combine to give exceptional distance control and supreme accuracy.
Golfers who have tried it report the HotRod swings and
aligns like a blade, but strikes the ball with the distance and
accuracy control of a mallet putter.
According to Fred
Knecht, director of sales and marketing, “Being in the R&D
business since 1989 and with over 50 years of golf experience
collectively, we set out to create not only the best performing but
also the ‘best looking’ USGA conforming putter ever. What resulted
is the HotRod putter.”
“The HotRod Putter merges style and
performance in a way never attempted before. It brings new feel,
focus and style to the most challenging and intricate part of the
game. The HotRod Putter (named after its HotRod look) with its
superb balance and feel will ‘rev up’ your performance on the
putting green and boost your confidence with its outstanding
performance and unique style.”
HotRod putters are available
with a straight, single bend or double bend shaft in either 34 or 35
inch length, and straight shafts on the mid and long models.
